Membership is open to all persons and similar-minded organizations (caving organizations, commercial caves, universities, government agencies, etc.) interested in speleology and caving who have complied with the conditions of membership detailed in the Bylaws of this organization.
To join the Ohio Cave Survey, you can download the PDF membership application and scan and e-mail it, mail it to the address on the form, or fill out the on-line application, below.
All membership information is confidential and not shared with any other organization.
If you are a new applicant under age 18, you will need to submit the paper application (PDF form).
MEMBERSHIP DUES:
- Regular membership dues (age 18 and older) - - - $15 per year ($ 7.50 if New & joining between July - November)
- Regular Associate membership (under age 18) - - $ 5 per year ($ 2.50 if New & joining between July - November)
- Organization membership dues - - - - - - - - - - - - $30 per year ($15.00 if New & joining between July - November)
(If newly joining in December, pay full-year dues to include the following year's membership.)
